About

The Laurentian Club of Canada brings together the English-speaking population from throughout Quebec’s Laurentians region.

At meetings held on the fourth Monday of every month from September through May (except December), members and guests are invited to watch presentations on a wide variety of subjects by people with stories to tell about travel, community involvement, sports, health issues, art, food and a wide range of other topics.

Every season, the Board of Directors strives to entertain and inform the members by inviting speakers who range from their own neighbours to high profile public figures. Every presentation is followed by a question period and then by a casual mingling over coffee and cookies.

In May, the tempo of meetings changes for the Annual General Meeting, a luncheon held in the banquet hall of a local restaurant, and enlivened by entertainment that varies from year to year, with past performances including short plays, music, singing and dance.

Come along and bring a friend.

Please feel free to contact us should you have any questions or if you’d like to share your ideas for future speakers. We welcome your feedback.
